A single open kitchen with a long cedar table, bread baked before breakfast, and a supper board that changes with what the lake and valley send.
Meals at lake pace
Breakfast is included with every room: eggs, rye, orchard preserves, and coffee. Supper is one sitting when the board is full — tell us at check-in if you want a place. Late tea and a cold plate wait for guests returning from shoreline venues after the kitchen closes.

Dietary needs are easy to handle with notice. We do not run room-service theatre — trays go upstairs only after supper hours for guests who prefer not to sit in the hall.
